atrium and a 200 seat lecture theatre whilst extensive external landscaping formed
an integral element of the project.

The Rollesby Ward Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a new, purpose-built
facility designed to provide the highest possible levels of mental health care.

Complete re-fit of an existing shell to create this hi-tech library that has over
2,200 square meters of space on four floors in the heart of High Wycombe.

forming a focal point in the regeneration of this area.

Corning's building at Adastral Park involved major refurbishment, a new entrance,
clean rooms, laboratories and corporate offices all within an occupied building.

Complete design and re-fit of existing shell to provide the hospital with education
facilities that include a library and a variety of classrooms.

CCAS Ltd were appointed as CDM Co-ordinators for Chelmsford's first Park and Ride
project that included over 900 parking spaces and a terminal building.

CCAS Ltd acted as CDM Co-ordinators for this prestigious corporate headquarters
within The Adelphi, London Embankment.
Client: West Suffolk Hospital
Value: £2 million
Complete refurbishment of the Trusts existing radiology department. These works
took place within a busy, occupied department and careful consideration was given
to ensure the safety of other occupants.
Client: Suffolk New College
Value: £1.3 million
Complete demolition of the old Suffolk College complex that included extensive asbestos
removal works and the demolition of an eight story building.
Client: Essex County Council

This extension to the Primary School was commissioned to replace three relocatable
classbases and provide permanent accommodation for 210 pupils.

to an existing pool hall and associated facilities.
Client: Landseer Road Surgery
Value: £67,000
Internal alterations and refurbishment to an existing surgery. The project was successfully
completed despite works being carried out on an extremely restricted site.
Client: Culford School
Value: £54,000
Repairs and refurbishment to the balustrade and parapet together with re-decoration
of first and second floor windows. The building remained occupied throughout the
contract.
